Delivery

This is pretty simple - If you order before 16:00 we will aim to get your order to you the next working day.

Carriage Charges
FREE DELIVERY on orders over £75.00*

Orders under this threshold will incur a £7.50 carriage charge.

Please note:
All deliveries are subject to stock and availability, and we can’t guarantee our delivery times – some things outside of our control go wrong, vehicle breakdowns, road closures etc…I am sure you understand. Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified when you complete the order.

Sometimes a signature is required at the point of delivery. By placing an order with NLG you are authorising us to accept a signature from another person on your behalf.

There are a couple of areas in the UK that our courier doesn’t always get to on a next day basis, they normally do but not always – they are the Scottish Highlands and UK offshore islands. If we are struggling to meet our delivery commitment, we will get in contact with you and give you the “whys and wherefores” – it’s very unlikely that we will have to.

Returns

We occasionally make mistakes when we send goods out, it’s rare but it does happen – yes, we’re human. If we have made a mistake when we sent some goods to you we will pick it up, replace the goods with the correct ones or reimburse you – whatever you want. Just remember that you will need to tell us about the problem within 7 days of you receiving your goods.

You, our customers also sometimes make mistakes – you’re human as well. If that does happen we will look to resolve it in a positive way for both of us. Again we will need to know that you want to return the goods within 7 days of you receiving them. We will be more than happy to replace the goods, or reimburse you provided that the goods are still in their original packaging, are in a suitable condition for us to re-sell, they are stock items and you send the goods back to us within a fortnight of you receiving them. Sometimes, we may ask you to pay a small restocking charge. We will always remember that we want stay friends and will do everything we can to keep you happy.
